Service Description

Awaken and align your body, mind, and spirit with a one of a kind yoga experience. We will host a yoga retreat of up to 12 participants along the beautiful Northers California coast. We will offer yoga in the mornings and evenings, individualized therapeutic sessions with our staff, and many more optional experiences including hiking in the redwoods, and surfing lessons. Dates are to be announced but expected to be early fall.
